we have strict inspection and chemical analysis during the incoming material & beads production process. Lead Free report available too.
Each batch rhinestones will be tested with our automatic setting machine, to make sure their highly efficiently run in customer’s workshop later.
We will mimic the needs of different customers – to do the iron on test on different Fabrics , to see their glue firmness and strongth.
Our laboratory have to do the washing test for each batch of products to check if any drill fall off after washing. this ensures our stable high quality.
